Governance Structure

The governance of the Mobick ecosystem is designed around the core values of transparency, sustainability, and autonomy. It is composed of four components so that it can operate independently without relying on the control of any single individual.

Founder (Otaverse Inc.)

Founder Tae-min Oh plays a leadership role, setting the project's strategic direction and long-term vision, and operates the project through Otaverse Inc. He is gradually transferring authority so that the ecosystem does not depend on individual leadership.

Public Asset Oversight Committee

This body oversees the management and distribution of the public goods within the ecosystem. It monitors public assets to prevent their misuse for the benefit of any particular individual or group, and in the founder's absence it holds the executive authority over the distribution and burning of public assets. Final decision-making authority, however, rests with the BTCMobick Council.

Personnel Committee

This committee oversees the ecosystem's human resources. It is responsible for talent discovery, recruitment, training, evaluation, and management, and it administers the selection process for BTCMobick Council members.

BTCMobick Council

The ecosystem's official decision-making body, composed of 126 members. Members are selected through recommendations from the Personnel Committee and the founder's final approval, and the Council began official operations in 2025. It currently focuses on fraud prevention, structuring governance, community representation, and serving as a talent pool. In the future, should the founder step back from operational leadership, the Council will oversee core areas such as institutional partnerships, policy decisions, and community operations.
