The operations, technology, and research of the Mobick project are carried out by several independent corporations and organizations, each with a distinct role.

Otaverse Inc.

A corporation established for purposes such as publishing, planning, lecturing, and software development and supply, with Ota Min as its CEO. It plans and operates Mobick community events and education seminars, and does not engage in the issuance, listing, or trading of virtual assets in any way. It fulfills all tax obligations, including receiving and settling participation fees, reporting revenue, and paying corporate taxes. Through its YouTube channel 'Ota Min's BTCMobick', it produces and publishes crypto, economics, and philosophy content.

Mobickers Loan Inc.

Entrusted by Otaverse Inc. with event operation tasks, it handles operational staffing such as participant registration, management, and guidance, as well as the production and shipping of paper wallets (promotional gifts) and registered mail delivery.

DOBS Inc.

Entrusted by Otaverse Inc. with technology development tasks, it handles the development of community-dedicated applications and platforms, system enhancement and expansion of technical infrastructure, the hiring of specialized technical personnel, and R&D management.

Metanomia

A crypto think tank responsible for the research briefings at the Crypto Circuit seminars.
